mountscore.com is operated by MountScore ("MountScore", "we", "us"). By using this website or the live demo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. What the website is for
The website describes our products and services. Its content is general information, not a binding offer. Features, availability and prices are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement signed by us.
3. The Pharm_ERP live demo
The demo at erp.mountscore.com is provided free of charge, for evaluation only, and as it is. It holds sample data, may be shared with other visitors, and may be changed, reset or taken offline at any time without notice. You agree not to enter real personal, patient or confidential company data into it, not to use it for actual business records, and not to attempt to gain access to areas or data you were not given.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or the demo to break any law, to interfere with their working or security (including by automated scraping, load testing or probing for weaknesses), or to upload anything harmful, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The MountScore name and logo, Pharm_ERP, and the text, design and graphics of this website belong to MountScore or its licensors. You may view and share links to the pages, but not copy, modify or reuse their content or our brand without written permission. Parts of our software are built on open-source components, which remain under their own licences.
6. Links to other sites
Links to websites we do not run are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. See also our disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MountScore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from use of the website or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
