Privacy PolicyHow MountScore handles personal data
In short: this website has no forms, no sign-in, no advertising and no tracking. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us or apply for a job, and we use it only for that.
Effective from 3 November 2026.
1. Who we are
This policy covers mountscore.com, operated by MountScore ("MountScore", "we", "us"). Our company details are on the company information page. This policy is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
2. What we collect
When you browse this website: nothing that identifies you. The site has no forms, accounts or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own - see the Cookie Policy. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is kept only in your own browser's storage and is never sent to us.
When you write to us or apply for a job: your name, contact details, the content of your message and, for applications, your CV and anything you choose to include.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial information, health or biometric information through this website. Please do not send it.
3. Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or proposal you asked for, consider your job application, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or send marketing you did not ask for. By contacting us you consent to this use; you can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Services that process data for the website
The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages and protect the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies when it checks for automated traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits for us without cookies and without identifying individual visitors - we see totals, such as how many people opened a page, not who they are. Fonts are served from this website itself. Cloudflare acts under their own privacy policies.
5. The Pharm_ERP demo
The "Open the live demo" links go to erp.mountscore.com, a separate demonstration system. Anything entered there is stored in that system and may be seen by other demo users or reset at any time. Please do not enter real personal or company data into the demo.
6. How long we keep it, and how we protect it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up, and applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we hire you. Data is kept on systems with access limited to the people who need it, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and backups.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to: tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how it is used; correct, complete or update it; erase it when it is no longer needed; withdraw your consent; and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. You may also raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below), and, if not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
This website is meant for businesses and job applicants aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.
9. Grievance Officer
Questions, requests and complaints about personal data can be sent to our Grievance Officer, who will acknowledge them promptly and resolve them within one month of receipt.
