What is Pharm_ERP?
Pharm_ERP is an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system for pharmaceutical manufacturers, made by MountScore. It runs quality management (QC and QA), documents, warehouse, production, HR and payroll, and finance with Indian GST in one system, with electronic signatures and audit trails throughout.
Who is Pharm_ERP for?
Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in India - formulation and API plants - and the quality, stores, production, HR and accounts teams who work in them.
Does Pharm_ERP handle Indian GST?
Yes. GST is set up for every state and union territory; CGST and SGST or IGST is chosen by place of supply, the 5%, 18% and 40% rates notified from 22 September 2025 are configured, and GSTIN numbers are validated. Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) is on the roadmap.
Does it support electronic signatures and audit trails for GMP?
Yes. Approvals are signed electronically and checked against the signer's password, the author of a record cannot approve it, and changes are kept in append-only audit trails - corrections need a reason, and an e-signature on GMP records.
Is Pharm_ERP 21 CFR Part 11 or EU Annex 11 compliant?
Pharm_ERP is designed around the controls those regulations ask for - electronic signatures, audit trails, access control and controlled printing. Compliance and validation are always specific to each company's use, so the system is validated at your site; MountScore provides computer system validation support for that.
Can Pharm_ERP run on our own server?
Yes. It runs on your own server or in your own data centre and is used through a web browser, including on phones. The AI assistant can also run on your own server, so your records do not have to leave the building.
Does the AI assistant send our data outside the company?
Not unless you choose to. The assistant can use a model running on your own server; cloud models are used only if you add them with your own API keys. It reads only what the signed-in person may see and never saves anything by itself.
