Warehouse and StoresGate entry to dispensing: goods receipt into quarantine, stock moved by QC status, racks and areas, and material codes by grade and manufacturer.

Material in, checked, stored in the right place and issued only when QC says so - with the codes your suppliers and auditors expect on every line.

What it does

Warehouse and Stores, in detail

Gate entry and goods receipt

Every vehicle and every receipt recorded at the gate.

  • Gate entry before the goods receipt note
  • One material per GRN, as most pharma stores work
  • Lots and batch numbers captured on receipt
  • Received stock goes straight into quarantine

Racks and areas by QC status

Areas follow the material's status, and stock follows the decision.

  • Areas for quarantine, under test, approved and rejected
  • A rack rule per lot status
  • On a QC decision the stock is moved - or a move is prepared for the storekeeper
  • Rejected material disposed of through its own step

Material codes

Each material carries the codes your business uses, and they are checked.

  • Code types: grade, manufacturer's, supplier's, customer's, synonyms
  • Uniqueness rules you can switch on
  • A purchase order waits in draft until its lines carry the required codes
  • The supplier's own code printed on the purchase order line

Dispensing and issue

Material issued to production by quantity rule and status.

  • Quantities corrected for potency from the approved certificate
  • Only approved lots can be picked
  • Bulk past its established hold time is not offered for packing

Stock and movements

Stock on hand, moves between areas and counts, by lot.

  • Stock by warehouse, area, rack and lot
  • Moves and physical counts as documents
  • Stock valued for the accounts
